Amber Richardson brings integration expertise to Believeco as new EVP of Delivery

Richardson leaves Critical Mass to join Canada’s newest owner-led marketing agency.

Believeco is pleased to announce an exciting new addition to its senior leadership team. Amber Richardson, an industry veteran with deep experience in integration, process and project management and superior client service has joined Believeco as Executive Vice President of Delivery.

“Amber brings big agency perspective and experience with an independent spirit that aligns perfectly with Believeco values,” said Believeco CEO, Neil Follett. “She lives at the very challenging intersection of balancing process with people, structure with speed and caution with creativity. We’re excited to work with her to bring the best of Believeco to our clients across North America.”

Richardson will support the integration of the four agencies that make up Believeco, working with colleagues across the country to provide seamless delivery to new and existing clients as Believeco realizes independence at scale. Richardson joins the senior leadership team as EVP, Delivery. She will work closely with Believeco’s other EVPs: Dan Strasser, Martha Stevens and Carley George.  

Richardson brings more than 20 years of passion for project management and a rich background in digital and experience delivery, leading project management groups for various large-scaled businesses to achieve globally recognized and awarded creative for accounts like Gillette, General Motors, Mars, Nissan, and Diageo. Amber has also led resources around the world, providing cost-effective global digital production and development solutions for the Omnicom network. She’s continually recognized for exceptional leadership and results.

Based in Toronto, Richardson is passionate about promoting a safe space for all around her and is actively involved in supporting equity, inclusion and diversity goals both within the organization and her surrounding community. Amber’s passion for diversity and inclusion is something she will also be bringing to the Believeco group – supporting actionable change and awareness both within the agency and the surrounding community.
