About the project
Dermal fillers are more popular today than ever before, especially lip fillers. Still, some view the treatment as taboo. When Restylane Canada, a national aesthetics innovator, came to us with the ask to develop their social presence (a first for the company), we took the opportunity to destigmatize treatment and position the brand as a go-to source for information and inspiration.
We needed to show value to both internal stakeholders and to our consumers, a challenge within the crowded world of Instagram made even more challenging by the regulatory context for medical devices.
We strategically selected social platforms that allowed us to create the most engaging, valuable content for both the user and the brand. We created fresh and exciting content while keeping our eye on the broader business objectives.
The result; an award-winning, blue check-mark (verified!) Instagram presence through which we can share relevant and impactful messaging.
