About the project
Through nanotechnology and material science, META® designs and manufactures high-performance functional materials with applications across several industries and sectors including consumer electronics, automotive, aerospace and defense, energy, medical, brand protection and banknotes.
Over the past five years, META has expanded from a small tech start-up into a global trailblazer. They experienced tremendous change – expanding capabilties through M&A, becoming publicly traded on the NASDAQ and growing from 30 to over 100 employees. All this growth required a fresh take on the brand strategy, a consistent rallying cry and visual consistency across the global offices.
Thinking big meant allowing every META employee the opportunity to provide input into the brand strategy either through stakeholder sessions, an online survey or one-on-one interviews. The result is a refreshed brand and signage strategy to bring the values to life and a playbook to communicate and guide the culture across each global office, bringing consistency and unity.
